The Best Coordination and Independence Exercises For Beginners

Playing the drums requires some attention to our hands and feet and how they coordinate. Many awesome rhythms and fills require some independence between your hands and feet. You will inevitably learn some of these skills as you go. But, what if I told you that there is a way to fast track those skills so you already have them under your belt? Well this course is exactly that. The independence exercises inside this course will help you to strengthen the relationship between your hands and feet, how they work together and how they work independently.

The independence exercises in this course are suitable for both beginners and experienced drummers alike. Some drummers with experience on the drums still struggle with coordination between their hands and feet. Inevitably this can lead to a feeling of “plateauing” or that you aren’t able to move ahead in your drumming. There is an easy answer. Learn these skills now, so that you have them in place in the future.
