Are you a drumming instructor? Are you tired of teaching your students from “beginner” books that are outdated and progress way too quickly? That’s why I wrote these drumming textbooks. I got tired of working on Page 1 & 2 of our old books (I won’t mention any titles) and so did my students. They need to feel like they are progressing.
That’s why I designed these books in my shop. To keep students engaged and keep them advancing to the next page. This book is complete-able. How many textbooks can you name that a beginner can complete? Exactly.
Every lesson contains a simple explanation and multiple step instructions followed by a series of exercises. Notation is explained all along the way. No previous experience reading notation is required. Students will find 8-12 exercises on each page that will be challenging while curbing overwhelm.
Mastering the exercises takes practice of course, but students will find that they are able to complete lessons and advance at a pace that is very manageable.
